Scottish National Tartan Kilt

Scottish National Tartan Kilt with fringing on the right hand side to give an authentic kilt finish. It has straps which fasten at the side and can be adjusted by around 3″-4″. It also has belt loops sewn on the back to keep a National Tartan kilt belt in place.
